How your details can be tracked... Some people might think that they can say or do anything online, as it's not going to tell you off. HOWEVER, this isn't true! Every time you log on, you leave little digital footprints which can be used to see exactly what you've been looking at, downloading or chatting to! Every website you visit keeps a record of the computers that have visited it. They use something called cookies, which is just like someone remembering your face if you visit a particular shop quite a lot. Some people can even watch your every move using spyware, which is a special kind of software for someone to see or control what you're doing. Even when you send an e-mail, it has to pass through lots of computers in order to travel to it's destination, just like tiny little pit-stops!
